These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Line Variance Data's website, data feeds, Discord/Telegram alert channels, and API (collectively, the "Service"). By subscribing to or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Line Variance Data provides informational and analytical sports-betting data products, including expected-value ("+EV") signals, arbitrage signals, closing-line-value audit reporting, and a programmatic B2B API. Line Variance Data is a data and analytics provider only. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, and we do not hold or transmit customer funds related to any wager.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance, in U.S. dollars, to the payment method on file, until cancelled. Pricing for each tier is displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The "Founding 50" tier's price is locked for the lifetime of a continuously active subscription; a lapsed or cancelled Founding 50 subscription is not guaranteed reinstatement at the original price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not, by itself, refund amounts already billed; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the applicable refund window. Access to paid features continues through the end of the then-current billing period.
All signals, odds, and closing-line-value statistics are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Past performance, including any advertised beat rate, is not a guarantee of future results. See our Responsible Gaming Disclaimer.
You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service's data feeds outside the scope of your subscription tier, and you may not use the Service in any jurisdiction where sports wagering data services are unlawful.
